We are looking for a Trade Manager to strengthen our market presence by optimizing distribution, enhancing trade partnerships, and driving commercial performance.

 

Your new role

As a Trade Manager your key responsibilities will include:

Channel & Distributor Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including major wholesalers, pharmacy chains, and distributors, to optimize product reach and availability.

Contract & Price Management: Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and oversee supply chain logistics in line with pricing strategies and gross/net financial goals.

Trade Marketing & Promotions: Develop in-store visibility strategies, manage promotional programs, and design trade-driven initiatives to increase turnover and differentiate the brand.

Supply Chain Oversight: Monitor inventory levels, track sales volume, and collaborate closely with operations and forecasting to ensure steady product supply and prevent stock-outs.

Compliance & Regulation: Ensure that all distribution channels adhere strictly to pharmaceutical regulations, parallel trade laws, and country-specific trade compliance standards.

Data Analytics: Leverage market and sales data to analyze volume, track KPIs (such as sell-out rates and ROI on trade spend), and adjust strategies accordingly.

 

Your new department
You will be part of the Sales department and work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing and Market Access teams.

 

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related commercial field.

Experience: 3–5 years of progressive commercial experience in trade marketing, key account management, or supply chain distribution within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.

Skills: Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, exceptional understanding of supply chain logistics, high proficiency in data analysis, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills, English skills Advanced level.
