The position

In the position of the Supply Chain CEM Specialist (temporary position) you will be responsible for the countries as Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. You will support Demand & Operations Planning process (data analysis, files preparation, KPIs calculation, systems update), plan supply from the manufacturing sites both foreign and local based on the sales forecast and inventory level in line with stock targets, place replenishment orders to SAP and track the status and organize shipments and support with the goods clearance process

 

Your Key Priorities for all the Supply Chain operations for Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will be:

  • Sales order creation and follow up
  • Shipment confirmation and supervision
  • Supply agreements revision with respect to logistics
  • Performing the customers‘ track payment analysis, providing the balance clearance analysis and assisting in AR management and credit note issuing
  • Support of product launch and changes in manufacturing sites

 

Qualifications

In order to be considered, you need to:

  • have BS/BA degree in supply chain management, engineering or related field.
  • have Minimum three (3) years of experience in supply chain management, production planning or related field.
  • From the technical perspective, you have PC skills: MS Office (advanced Excel user), SAP, corporate related systems and programs, good knowledge of records management and document flow. You are familiar with the proven process improvement & problem-solving skills. You have excellent English and Russian verbal & written communication skills, as well as ability to communicate across cultural barriers.

On a personal level, you have good at planning, coordinating & prioritizing activities in order to ensure optimal use of resources in the department, as well as good negotiation, communication & collaboration skills. You are able to relate to people in a diverse & international environment, to handle numerous tasks simultaneously. You have analytical type of thinking, attention to details and easy learning skills. You demonstrate quick problem-solving capability and ability to work in stressful situations. You are also able to be initiative, innovative and proactive, to work independently and as a part of the team

 

 

About the department

Supply Chain is a part of Finance Logistics and IT Department. You will report to Supply Chain Manager and will be a member of the team of 4 people.
