Your new role

As a Senior Manager, Marketing your key responsibilities will include:

  • Own and drive the overall marketing strategy, translating market insights, trends, and data into impactful actions and growth opportunities.
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of key initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, congresses, and multichannel activations.
  • Develop and implement consumer and channel strategies, leveraging insights to enhance customer journeys and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistent, compliant messaging across all channels and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Drive digital transformation by managing multichannel engagement (digital, social, e‑commerce) and optimizing campaign performance through data analytics.
  • Own P&L accountability, including budget management, performance tracking, and data‑driven decision-making to maximize ROI.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building strong partnerships while developing team capabilities and driving commercial excellence.

 

Your new department
NN Kazakhstan is stand-alone affiliate established in 1993. NN Kazakhstan is serving 20 million population of Kazakhstan. Our colleagues are applying the passion, skills, and commitment to our purpose of driving change to defeat serious chronic diseases, built upon our heritage in diabetes. You will be heading the marketing, commercial excellence and business development team reporting to the General Manager of Kazakhstan. You will be member of the NN Kazakhstan Leadership team. Your team and you will be responsible for Go to market strategy for Kazakhstan, you will co-lead the commercial strategy co-creation with Kazakhstan LT. Your team will be responsible for brand development, communication, business development , and commercial excellence that directly impact the patients we desire to serve.

 

 

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in marketing /consumer/digital marketing.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations, with the majority in marketing; 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within commercial functions and people management experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; English and Russian fluency is mandatory, Kazakh language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media.
  • Experience across FMCG and/or consumer healthcare, with knowledge of wellness brands and category dynamics.
