Digital, Data IT Engagement Lead

As a DDI Engagement Lead within Customer Excellence department you will drive the local execution of digital, data and IT (DDI) initiatives to enhance customer engagement, sales force effectiveness, and broader business processes across the organization.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Lead data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and BI tools
- Act as a strategic partner, ensuring DDI solutions align with business priorities and streamline processes across the organization
- Drive local execution of DDI initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with global and regional strategies
- Facilitate the adoption of digital products to enhance frontline customer engagement
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- University Degree in Business, Strategy, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in oral and written English & Russian.
- Consultancy-related experience.
- Experience in Digital/Data/IT/Business management.
- Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have:
- Certifications in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Experience in developing and managing BI tools, digital initiatives, and data-driven projects.
- Experience in the pharma industry.
