Consumer Marketing Manager

Your new role

As a Consumer Marketing Manager your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop and execute consumer marketing strategies to drive brand growth and business performance
• Lead integrated omnichannel campaigns across media, digital, and content channels
• Translate consumer insights into impactful activation plans, including product launches
• Optimize the consumer journey to increase engagement, loyalty, and retention
• Manage the consumer ecosystem, including media, partnerships, and e-commerce
• Drive trade marketing and digital initiatives to improve visibility and conversion
• Monitor market trends and manage budgets and partners to ensure effective execution

Your new department
You will join Marketing & Customer Excellence (CE) department, where we combine marketing, customer engagement, digital capabilities and commercial excellence to drive business growth and create meaningful experiences for our consumers and customers.

As a part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will work across functions to deliver innovative, insight-driven solutions that strengthen our brands and improve outcomes for the people we serve.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage
• 5+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related commercial roles
• Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health Care industries
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated consumer marketing strategies, with strong expertise in media and consumer engagement, complemented by excellent analytical, project, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Russian and English; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage
