Your new role

 

In this role, you will lead the development of local and regional medical advisory services to HCPs and KOLs in the field of cardiometabolic diseases (i.e. Diabetes, Obesity and Cardiology) and other stakeholders in support of short and medium-term business needs and strategic objectives thereby ensuring a good and balanced understanding of NN therapeutic concepts, products and data, leading to an optimal access and usage of the products for the benefit of patients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and maintain scientific expertise on Novo Nordisk products and therapy areas.
  • Engage and collaborate with KOLs, HCPs, and key stakeholders.
  • Support internal training and educational programmes.
  • Provide medical input to business strategies while ensuring compliance.
  • Contribute to clinical research and real-world evidence generation.

Your skills & qualifications

 

To be successful in this role, you have a university degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.

You also need to have:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, preferably within cardiometabolic diseases.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a field-based, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly engaged, proactive, and results-driven with a patient-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in French, English, and Arabic, with solid IT proficiency and readiness to travel.
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to adjust to new and evolving environments.
  • Good understanding of digital tools and multichannel engagement approaches.
