The role will be based in Agrinio, Greece and will report directly to the Field Sales Manager.

 

The Position

 

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Novo Nordisk products in accordance with internal procedures and legal regulations to achieve sales targets. In addition, you will also be responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with physicians and assigned customers.

 

Your Main Accountabilities will be to:

 

  • Drive relevant sales and marketing initiatives. Support and drive activities related to local market access possibilities
  • Represent Novo Nordisk Way, values, and commitments in daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Execute according to marketing strategy, business ethics procedures, and local laws, Novo Nordisk Way, policies, and guidelines
  • Develop credibility and reputation in the industry. Contribute to cross-functional collaboration with field functions
  • Participate in congresses, meetings, and domestic and international exhibitions related to Novo Nordisk activities and products
  • Provide customers with information on our products, devices, and indications and ensure consistent follow-up

 

Qualifications

 

As a Sales Representative, you need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in medical sales.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

 

  • Life science diploma is an advantage
  • Experience in diabetes therapeutic area is preferable
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ethical and professional conduct
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • English language is an advantage
