Trade Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about driving brand success and building strategic partnerships in the pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to lead innovative marketing initiatives that enhance product visibility and engagement in the market. This role is based in Istanbul Türkiye.
Your New Role
As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategic plan with the main customers on Wholesaler channel. You will ensure the implementation of the area's annual sales planning and the achievement of the established objectives, as well as the alignment of strategy between marketing, sales and trade team, implementing the strategy in the field.
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, including pharmacies, and distributors.
Your other responsibilities will be to;
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and make recommendations to senior management related to the trade channel.
- Make or recommend strategic choices, e.g. allocating right product to right location
- Lead strategic initiatives and establish new collaborations with key external stakeholders to extend patient access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute trade marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- To stimulate and promote communication and alignment between supply chain team and the Sales Force
- Explore innovative selling approaches using Data and Digital

Your Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a related field with minimum 10 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or related field in pharma industry.
- Established relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare environment in Türkiye
- Proven record of accomplishment of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and lead initiatives in a complex environment.
- Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
- Command of English will be a plus
