Senior Supply and Fulfilment Manager

Then seize the opportunity and become our new Senior Supply and Fulfilment Manager You will report to Demand Planning and Fulfilment Senior Director and the role is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

 

The position

As a Senior Supply and Fulfilment Manager, you will be responsible for managing Supply Chain Planners team, to secure effective management of allocation and fulfilment process, to secure patient availability. You will also drive process improvement initiatives in collaboration with Product Supply Team and ensure that short and mid-term constraints are monitored and proactively communicated across the organization. Besides you will be responsible to evaluate the risks and escalations from markets and/or regions, ensure that financial, reputational, and patient risk identified clearly.

Your responsibilities will also include

  • To coordinate structured communication with Region Supply Chain Teams through Supply & Fulfilment Meetings and other channels. You will work closely with Region Crisis response teams to ensure seamless coordination related to constrained supply.
  • To analyse inventory levels in major International Operations countries, to ensure optimum distribution of limited inventory in case of supply issues and flag low/high inventory levels risking scrap or stock out.
  • To interact closely with stakeholders in finance, supply chain and Product Supply to ensure close collaboration for an efficient and supply coordination and to secure allocation management minimising shortage on market or patient level

 

Qualifications

You have a relevant academic degree such as MSA, MSC or MBA, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent with minimum 7 years of working experience within supply chain planning functions and 2 years of experience in managing teams in leadership roles. Further sought-after skills are:

  • You have excellent command over both written and spoken English
  • You have an excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities and effective time management skills
  • You have experience of working in cross cultural teams and cross organisational stakeholder management
  • You have proven record of successful performance under pressure
  • You are good at project/operational management and performance tracking, processes optimisation.
  • You have a high energy level and demonstrate can-do-approach, agile mindset, strong analytical skills to bring the organisation towards the defined goals.
