Then we are looking for you to be our Senior Organizational Change Manager in the Region of Southeast Europe, the Middle East, and Africa! 


The Position

As the Senior Organizational Change Manager (OCM) in our company, you'll develop and lead transformational projects driving people side of change, which involves changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.

This role requires the ability to lead a broad agenda of change and smoothly coordinate business strategy with organizational, digital, and human resources strategies.

Furthermore, you will

  • Craft and implement impactful change management tools, plans, and strategies aimed at fostering employee adoption, driving value creation, and ultimately amplifying the impact of key cross-functional initiatives.


  • Take a proactive stance, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and initiative owners to lead organizational-level change management, both during and after the implementation of new processes, systems, work methods, or organizational configurations.


  • Take ownership of conducting impact analyses, measuring change readiness, and pinpointing key stakeholders. Develop and execute a compelling, value-driven communication strategy and plan to ensure consistent messaging across programs, tailored to identified stakeholders.


  • Serve as a vital link between business leaders, project sponsors, and project owners, advocating for program success and rallying support for achieving program objectives. This includes orchestrating change workshops, managing the adoption, define the delivery approach and overseeing follow-up activities, including assessing effectiveness and implementing reinforcement strategies.


  • Collaborate with project team members to mitigate OCM-related risks and resolve issues swiftly. Forge strong partnerships with internal teams and external change management experts to cultivate change management capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.


This is a newly established full-time position based in Istanbul, Turkey and reports to the Senior Director, Frontline Capability Development and OCM.



You have decided to apply for this exciting position because you already have multiple years of experience in change management positions from the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, and you are familiar with pharmaceutical sales, marketing, medical, and market access.



  • You are experienced with large business transformation initiatives and working with change management methodologies and tools.
  • You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and you can establish and build strong relationships and influence others towards a common vision or goal.
  • You are flexible and adaptable, comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • You bring a solid understanding of business dynamics and in particular frontline life and what is required to successfully implement processes, systems, and solutions across different geographies.
  • You have excellent English written and verbal communication.
