The Position

As Pharmacy Engagement Manager you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across segmentation and targeting, pharmacy consultancy and training, above-brand content marketing, omnichannel engagement, partnership and loyalty programs, commercial engagement, distributor-pharmacy relationships, commercial campaigns, supply and stock management, association engagement, and educational programs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful promotion and adoption of our new GLP-1 portfolio within the pharmacy space.

Your key responsibilities will be to

    • Analyze the pharmacy market to identify key segments and develop targeted engagement strategies and utilize data and insights to refine targeting efforts and maximize reach and impact, establish and manage strategic partnerships with key pharmacy associations, organizations, and educational institutions, develop and execute loyalty programs to drive customer retention and long-term relationships.
    • Provide expert consultancy services to pharmacies, helping them optimize the use of our products and develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate pharmacy staff on product benefits and usage, build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and pharmacy partners to ensure seamless product distribution.
    • Implement omnichannel engagement strategies to ensure consistent and effective communication across all customer touchpoints and leverage digital and traditional channels to enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
    • Lead and coordinate the trade marketing activities to increase the brand awareness and the market share of the products, collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute commercial campaigns and promotional activities, develop and maintain relationships with pharmacy associations to enhance brand visibility and influence.
    • Oversee supply and stock management to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts, work closely with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and distribution schedules.

 

Qualifications

You hold a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business administration, marketing, or a related field with at least 8 years of experience in pharmacy engagement, sales, trade marketing, or a related role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or dermo cosmetic industry. You have an excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills both in English & Turkish. Besides you have:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful engagement, business development and trade marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmacy market and the dynamics of pharmacy operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and guide teams towards achieving goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

 

About the Department

Digital and Customer Excellence (DCE) team in Türkiye is responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting commercial data and related business systems with providing information and insights to the business units in order to support and excel the strategy, tactics development and execution.
