Seize the opportunity to become our new Institution Key Account Specialist. This position is based in Istanbul, Türkiye and reporting to Institution Key Account Manager.

 

The position

As Institution Key Account Specialist you will be responsible to be contributing to the development of contracts, pricing agreements and health care packages as a member of the Institutional Private Access Team while building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at targeted institutions. You will be also demonstrating a flair for the development of new ways to grow and improve your business. You will uphold NN commitment to highest standards of business ethics and compliance (internal and external) personally and through the team, with external and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will also include to:

  • Anticipate and adapt account-based action plans according to business need (e.g., balancing sales and service redesign obligations) and ensure development and maintenance of up-to-date customer database.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements and health care packages with targeted institutions. Measure, track, analyse and present key account metrics, effort analysis and doing budget management including return on investment by account.
  • Ensure the support provided by the team to Institutions (insurance companies, employers, chain hospitals, funds, and wellbeing centres at hospitals) to incorporate our portfolio into their care pathways, guidelines and policies.
  • Seek and deliver innovative solutions and partnerships with wide range of stakeholders.
  • Focus and innovate projects on organisational wellbeing to create accounts at large employers and company doctors.

 

Qualifications

You are expected to hold a university degree in relevant area with at least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry. Having a sales experience would consider as an advantage. You have intermediate command of written and spoken English and fluent Turkish. Further sought-after skills are

  • You have ÜTE certification or completion in 3 months
  • You are high performing and able to build sustainable relations
  • You have influencing skills and making things happen mindset

As a person, you are customer centric with business and preferably industry understanding, team player, innovative in a rapidly changing environment.
