Your New Role
As Frontline Capability Partner you will with due recognition of the Novo Nordisk vision, values and policies and in accordance with Novo Nordisk Turkey‘s strategies and business objectives; develop, plan, conduct, coordinate, and implement training and capability programs specifically focused on NNTL Field Force and Sales Management and provide coaching/mentoring for sales-focused employees.
The main responsibilities will be to
- Enhance sales team performance through coaching
- Develop and implement tailored training programs
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify improvement areas
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align coaching with business goals
You will be expected to work 60% field based and able to travel at least 50% of the working year

Your Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for a new Frontline Capability Partner who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You hold a bachelor’s degree from related fields with at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, sales coaching, or performance management. Having an English Skills (Verbal and written) will be an asset.
You’ll bring with you:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and work with minimal supervision yet gain the support of a diverse group
- Knowledge of adult learning methodology, procedures, and practices is recommended
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Project Management capability
- Relevant Training and Coaching Qualifications
- Strong business mindset and analytical skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable with new responsibilities.
- Ability to navigate and comply with relevant policies and SOPs
