The Position

As Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing new/improved business processes as needed to support data management within related systems that align with CRM or commercial operation objectives and also supporting Sales and Marketing departments in creating new stakeholders in the system. You will be providing training to the Field Force (FF) on the use of the CRM system and addressing technical and system-related questions. Moreover, you will collaborate with other system owners (Veeva Vault, HCP Consent DB, MCE Hub, MDM) to ensure optimal information and content flow between platforms.

Your key responsibilities will be to

  • Collaborate with global service teams regarding CRM support upgrades, SLAs, and platform continuity.
  • Oversight of the creation, implementation, and maintenance of data management applications for global sales force automation systems and work with both regional and global project teams as a contact person.
  • Establish a governance mechanism for creating qualified data generation, unification and tagging via defined KPIs.
  • Manage and audit Master Data Management and IMS OneKey HCP Universe .
  • Segment the customer base to create targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives, and utilize data analytics to evaluate CRM program performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.


Qualifications

You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or a related field with proven experience in CRM management, with at least 4-5 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Having a master’s degree would be considered as plus. You have an excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills both in English & Turkish. Besides you have:

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software, Salesforce, data analytics, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Database Management & SQL knowledge is plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and e-permission management.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and targets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Digital and Customer Excellence (DCE) team in Türkiye is responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting commercial data and related business systems with providing information and insights to the business units in order to support and excel the strategy, tactics development and execution.
