Your new role
As Customer Excellence Partner, you will sit at the intersection of data, strategy and commercial execution. You will be the go-to expert for analytics, segmentation and sales force effectiveness, helping our business units make smarter, faster decisions that ultimately reach more patients living with serious chronic diseases.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Executing EBA Portal and PowerBI data flow and data management, ensuring complete, consistent, accurate and timely data transfer, and driving high adoption of PowerBI PULSE processes across the organisation
- Integrating HCP segmentation, segment-based promotion plans, targeting and resource allocation, and running advanced analytics to address business requirements
- Leading Sales Force sizing and structure design, including major and minor territory alignment, deployment and continuous optimisation through alternative alignment models
- Owning Life Cycle Management of EBA Portal and PowerBI – including system impact assessment, change and version management, end-user support, system enhancements and ensuring validation and qualification according to Regulatory and IT Quality requirements
- Running Sales Incentive processes end-to-end – KPI and awarding governance, incentive and awarding calculation, system/tool management, exceptional sales (LQ) management and benchmarking STI concepts that best fit market needs
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc market and sales analyses, commercial performance reporting, target setting and distribution, commercial planning and executive presentations
- Supporting annual budget preparation and revisions, joining Field Force induction trainings and conducting field visits to gather frontline insights
- Contributing to the Future Frontline Customer Engagement Project team in designing and implementing new processes and technologies, and representing DCE in selected strategic taskforce groups
- You will apply strong project management methodologies, uphold a high level of business integrity and stakeholder alignment, and support strategic decision-making for the management team through insightful analysis and executive reporting.

You will be part of the Digital and Customer Excellence (DCE) team in Turkey, responsible for managing, analysing and reporting commercial data and related business systems – providing the information and insights that fuel strategy, tactics and execution across business units. Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a curious, analytical and collaborative professional who thrives where data meets commercial impact. To succeed in this role, you bring:
- A university degree in a relevant area – preferably Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance or other related faculties
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a related area, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry or strategy and finance consultancy
- Advanced MS-Office skills, strong data analysis capabilities and basic knowledge of CRM and other sales force tools; basic experience with database management, SQL, VB programming, Data Science or ML is considered a plus
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish
- Strong communication skills, a solid qualitative and quantitative background, sound business understanding, project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Male candidates are expected to have completed (or be exempt from) their military obligation.
