The Position
As Communications and Corporate Affairs Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's internal and external communication strategies. We need an innovative leader with a deep understanding of communications, social media, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for developing cohesive messaging that aligns with our organizational goals, enhancing our company reputation and image, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position does not include governmental affairs.
Other responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the company’s media and digital communication efforts, utilizing various platforms to engage target audiences and promote disease awareness as well as tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports to executive leadership on key metrics and insights.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for press releases, corporate publications, website, and internal communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Enhance and protect the company’s brand reputation by ensuring that all communication reflects the organization’s values and commitment to innovation and patient care.
- Oversee the General Manager’s (GM) executive office and provide executive assistance in key business processes to the GM, coordinating management meetings and actioning on open points.
Qualifications
You hold a min bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in corporate affairs, communications and social media. You have an excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills both in English & Turkish. Besides you have:
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute initiatives effectively
- Exceptional leadership skills, with people management experience
- Strong track record of cross functional collaboration
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
