Your new role
As Tech Owner for Customer Engagement Technologies, you'll take full technical ownership of key platforms that power our global customer engagement strategy. This means making cross-application decisions, establishing governance models, and ensuring our Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and OneTrust solutions are operationally ready to serve markets worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the empowered technical owner for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)/RTCDP integrations, and OneTrust Cookie Compliance — with the mandate to make cross-platform technical decisions.
- Establishing and maintaining clear collaboration and governance models between Business Owners and Technical Owners, ensuring efficient decision-making and separation of responsibilities.
- Leading technical due diligence and market onboarding activities to secure consistent implementations across regions and minimize rework.
- Designing and operationalizing incident management and root-cause analysis processes with clearly defined escalation paths.
- Working day-to-day with the ExtWeb team — Novo Nordisk's internal team responsible for external web communication platforms including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Coordinating with Product Owners across business units and regional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and assess local readiness.
- Leading planning and execution of platform implementations and post go-live operating models, including journey configuration, audience creation, and operational support frameworks.

Within International Operations, Customer Engagement Technologies is responsible for the technical platforms and solutions that enable personalized, compliant, and effective engagement with healthcare professionals and patients worldwide. You'll join a team where technical excellence meets global impact, working at the intersection of martech innovation and pharmaceutical scale.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a Tech Owner who brings both technical depth and the ability to lead through influence across a complex, global organization. You'll bring with you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program or project management for martech or digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, notably Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and RTCDP integrations.
- Practical experience with cookie compliance platforms such as OneTrust and a solid understanding of consent management implications.
- Proven experience establishing technical ownership, governance frameworks, and operating models for platform operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with global markets and affiliates.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000 to 956,900 DKK corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
- Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
