Student Assistant in Education

Your new role
As our new Student Assistant, you will support the Education Team with key administrative and coordination tasks and help ensure high-quality execution across our education activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate speaker contracts, fee forms, and follow-up on timely payments
- Prepare and maintain event materials such as show files, name badges, participant lists, and presentation decks
- Support end-to-end planning and logistics for education activities, including webinars, congresses, conferences, and face-to-face events
- Handle compliance-related documentation and administrative workflows before and after events
- Support reporting, documentation, and archiving in line with internal and external requirements
- Organise and maintain file and document storage systems
- Drive selected ad hoc projects within the education area
This part-time role is designed to fit alongside your studies and offers practical experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and service-minded student who brings structure, reliability, and a strong eye for detail. To succeed in the role, you likely bring:
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s programme within business, communication, organisation, or a related field
- A structured, organised, and detail-oriented way of working
- Confidence in working with digital tools and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
- A genuine interest in coordination, planning, and administrative support
- Previous experience from an administrative or coordination role is an advantage
- Ideally, at least two years of studies remaining
Your new department
The Education Team develops and delivers education for healthcare professionals through face-to-face events, webinars, congresses, conferences, and digital learning formats. Based in Ørestad, Copenhagen, we work in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on quality, execution, and meaningful customer engagement.
