As access is increasingly important for the commercial success of our products, a key challenge is to get decision makers across health systems to support funding of innovative medicines. In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, we establish the strategies and key tactics for engagement with a variety of stakeholders in the European health systems such as payers, policy makers, HTA bodies, patient organizations and advocacy groups and subsequently support the implementation across the region in collaboration with our local counterparts.
