As Sr. Media Effectiveness Manager, you will define how Novo Nordisk connects paid media investment to brand performance across global markets. You will lead the measurement framework that turns complex effectiveness data into clear, evidence-based investment decisions shaping how media drives both short-term results and long-term impact for lasting health.

What you'll bring

•  Master's degree in economics, econometrics, statistics, marketing, media or a related discipline.

•  8–10 years of experience in media effectiveness, marketing measurement, econometrics or marketing analytics.

•  Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and econometric analysis.

•  Proven ability to measure media investment impact.

• Experience with multiple effectiveness methodologies including MMM, brand tracking, brand-lift studies, incrementality testing or controlled experiments.

•  Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

•  Commercially minded, collaborative and confident in challenging constructively across teams and levels.

What you'll do

You will own the strategic effectiveness framework for measuring how media contributes to l performance and growth.

•  Lead the application of Marketing Mix Modelling and econometric analysis across markets and channels, setting objectives, scope and quality standards.

•  Evaluate how media influences brand awareness, consideration and linking brand measurement to media activity and spend.

•  Own the test-and-learn roadmap for media effectiveness, designing incrementality tests including geo-based experiments, holdout tests and brand-lift studies.

•  Translate findings into clear recommendations on budget allocation, channel mix, market prioritisation, reach, frequency and campaign strategy.

•  Define appropriate effectiveness KPIs, measurement principles and reporting expectations across markets.

•  Build measurement capability and media literacy across media, brand, marketing and commercial teams.

Who you'll work with

You will join the Digital Media Activation team within International Operations, working across markets to strengthen how media investment is planned, measured and optimised.

Your closest partners will be colleagues across media, content, brand, marketing, finance, legal, commercial, analytics and agency teams.

The role is global in scope. You will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, agencies, analytics teams and technology specialists — bringing clarity to complex questions and helping teams move from insight to action.

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
