About the department

Anchored in our Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (Global TA CoE), our high-performing TA team from Europe consists of 8 dedicated TA professionals. Being anchored in the Global TA CoE, means that you will join a global team of functional subject matter experts in the area of TA and will therefore be able to tap into global TA best practice. The role is anchored in our Copenhagen office in Ørestaden. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe.

 

About the position
As our new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you are responsible for advisory on and managing of talent acquisition in Region North West Europe. You will be responsible for the positions based in Denmark.

The Region consists of 15 Northern and Western European countries including UK, Spain, France and Scandinavian countries. Our 1600 dedicated colleagues go to work every day to improve the lives of people with diabetes and other chronic diseases across Region NWE.

 

As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will be advising our hiring managers in all matters related to recruitment – from recruitment strategy design to successful completion of recruitment. You will be responsible for understanding the talent needs of the business and converting them into effective talent strategies. In addition, you will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process by conducting candidate assessments and business cases when applicable.

It will be your responsibility to ensure, that the recruitment process is executed according to the standard global recruitment process. Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering smooth and professional candidate and hiring manager experience during the entire recruitment process.

It is also within the scope of the role to successfully drive senior leadership positions across countries and region.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Master's degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar and a solid experience in talent acquisition.
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience from a similar TA role in a global company.
  • Experience from an RPO supported recruitment delivery model is an advantage.
  • You are familiar with various psychometric assessment methods.
  • As a person you are ambitious, proactive and have strong stakeholder and project management skills with a proven track record of influencing with an inclusive style and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative with a keenness to consider diverse perspectives and try proactive and innovative ways of doing things.
  • You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required, and you are fluent in English
  • You must have strong work ethic and thrive in a busy environment with a can-do attitude.
