Location:

At Novo Nordisk we’re looking for a strategic and visionary Senior Manager to join our IO Launch Office - helping us design and scale a best-in-class launch framework that drives success across international markets.

Your new role

As our new Senior Manager – IO Launch Office, you will be at the heart of how we prepare for and execute commercial product launches globally. Operating as a key partner across business units, you will:

  • Build and refine our launch office framework: develop scalable processes that ensure consistent launch success across diverse markets.
  • Drive operational launch governance: establish, monitor and report on pre- and post-launch KPIs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and equipped for success.
  • Steer pre-launch funding allocation: analyse uptake scenarios and manage our launch pool sizing model across the IO portfolio.
  • Lead strategic coordination: collaborate with regional teams, Finance, Regulatory, P&PS, and Therapy Area leadership to ensure alignment across the value chain.
  • Guide GBS launch operations: manage the global launch support team and oversee data quality in the LEA system.

This position is office-based, located at our Copenhagen HQ.

Your new department

You will be part of the Commercial Portfolio and Launch Office, a strategic function within Novo Nordisk International Operations (IO) responsible for launch excellence, future portfolio integration, and cross-regional alignment. Our mission is to ensure every launch - no matter how complex - is driven by data, guided by purpose, and aligned with real-world market dynamics.

You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Portfolio and Launch Office.

Your skills and qualifications

We’re looking for a strategic operator with strong cross-functional acumen. You should bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial marketing, product management, or launch operations.
  • A strong track record in governance, KPIs, and funding strategy for product launches in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive alignment across regional and global teams.
  • High proficiency in analytical thinking, decision-making, and collaborative leadership.

You should also have experience in regulated industries, complex cross-market portfolios, or data-driven launch planning, along with fluency in English.
