Your new role
As a Senior Manager, Pricing you will shape the value and impact of our Diabetes and Cardiovascular portfolio across Europe and Canada. You lead the creation of robust pricing strategies, deliver deep analytical insights, and guide affiliates through complex pricing and reimbursement landscapes. By anticipating payer dynamics and aligning cross‑functional partners, you will ensure confident, high‑quality decisions that strengthen both patient access and long‑term business performance.
This role is the strategic engine that turns data, policy, and market signals into pricing excellence. In more details you will:

Lead the Price Business Cases (PBCs) for Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) across several EUCAN markets.

Support the shaping and execution of regional pricing strategies.

Deliver high-quality pricing analyses and insights to inform decision-making.

Contribute to pricing governance through clear recommendations to the EUCAN Pricing Forum.

Develop compelling, evidence-based pricing proposals tailored to specific markets.

Analyse payer systems and policy trends across Europe and Canada to identify opportunities and vulnerabilities.

Serve as a trusted advisor to affiliates on pricing submissions, negotiations, and reimbursement processes.

Apply strong modelling and forecasting techniques to understand business impact and identify price-value trade-offs.

Promote cross-functional collaboration to build holistic pricing recommendations.

Your skills & qualifications
You are an ideal candidate if you are talented in interpreting complex pricing environments, developing financially sound strategies, solving multifaceted problems, and generating deep market and payer insights. Success also depends on strong cross‑functional collaboration, clear and persuasive communication, adaptability in a shifting landscape, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you are expected to meet the following requirements:

5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, HEOR, or commercial strategy.

Master's degree in economics, Finance, Business, Health Economics, Public Policy, or related field.

Experience working with multi‑country or European payer systems is preferred.

Analytical excellence and strong business acumen; therapy‑area familiarity with Diabetes and/or CVD is an advantage.
