Senior Digital Portfolio Manager

This role is about creating transparency, driving decision-making, and establishing new ways of working across one of the world's most complex healthcare operations. You will be in close contact with and supporting IO regions and the IO Digital Portfolio Group with representation from all IO Regions, Finance, Commercial Transformation and Legal & Compliance.
Another aspect of the role is also to support the unit AVP and Novo Nordisk Customer Service Process Owner in managing the Customer Service Process and supporting & guiding affiliates with following the process.
Your new role
As Senior Digital Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining International Operations (IO) Digital Portfolio data and insights to ensure transparency across the unit. You will do so by leading portfolio analysis and contributing to frameworks and analytics that inform prioritisation and decision‑making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving portfolio transparency by collecting and validating data from regional and functional owners, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the IO digital portfolio serves as a single source of truth
- Strategic Portfolio Management and Reviews - developing strategic analytics and insights that enable smarter portfolio management and support critical decision-making for IO Digital Portfolio Governance
- Leading the redevelopment and enhancement of the digital portfolio tool – defining requirements, coordinating with consultants, and validating outputs to create an intuitive front-end for portfolio insights
- Partnering with Regional and Functional teams to embed portfolio management practices, champion enterprise technology standards, and identify reuse opportunities across the organisation
- Acting as Customer Service Process Manager, collaborating with Process Owners and QA to maintain simple, stable, and compliant processes while leading required reviews.
- Coaching and motivating stakeholders across the matrix to adopt new portfolio ways of working, influencing without authority to drive organisation-wide alignment

You will report to the AVP of the unit. We work at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy, ensuring that digital initiatives deliver maximum value to patients and the business. Your role will be pivotal in establishing portfolio management as a cornerstone of how IO makes decisions.
You will be in close contact with and supporting IO regions and the IO Digital Portfolio Group with representation from all IO Regions, Finance, Commercial Transformation and Legal & Compliance.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and can translate data into actionable strategy. You'll bring:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 5-8 years of professional experience with proven digital portfolio management experience; pharmaceutical experience is a great advantage
- Demonstrated experience managing portfolio data, reporting, and analysis – including collecting, validating, and maintaining data at scale
- Ability to prepare compelling portfolio insights, dashboards, and presentations that support reviews and drive decision-making
- Familiarity with portfolio tools and reporting solutions, including the ability to define requirements and validate outputs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across matrix organisations to establish common ways of working
- Fluent English
