Sales Coordinator - 12 months contract

The Position
In this role you will act as team and affiliate support expert as well as needle and sample coordinator for the department. You will drive effective coordination and team activities for the Sales Execution team. You will also be managing admin and ad hoc tasks as needed. More in detail you will:
- Drive team-related activities for the Sales team, including Cycle Meetings, Company meetings and team meetings to support a fun and high-performing team
- Support Sales team members in Denmark with work on ensuring professional handling of contracts in connection with e.g. speakers and sponsor agreements. Ensure timely signatures from both internal and external employees
- Be responsible for monitoring the stock level of needles (demo) and the communication to the Field Sales Managers (FSMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) on status, and expected delivery of needles as well as repacking of needles, process with Nordic Logistics and Quality department.
This is a maternity cover on 12 months contract basis.
Qualifications
To be successful for this position you have a college degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 3 yrs working experience in either assistant or coordinator roles. You are proactive, team oriented and service-minded with a proven ability to work systematically and with high quality as well as to handle different tasks and work against deadlines together with good coordination and organisational skills.
Moreover, you have:
- Can do attitude and great enthusiasm
- Fluent English both written and spoken, Danish language knowledge would be highly appreciated

In the Sales Execution team we are responsible for driving the sales of our cardiometabolic product portfolio (Diabetes, Obesity, Cardiovascular and Rare Disease).
