Your new role

As the Performance Marketing Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed strategies that optimize Novo Nordisk's digital marketing initiatives with the right data and methods to identify opportunities for performance improvements and effectively work with feedback loops.

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Set the strategic direction for how Novo Nordisk works with Performance Marketing
  • Establish a framework and systematic methods needed to optimize efforts from digital media activities.
  • Elevate the tracking and data foundation of Novo Nordisk especially for paid channels.
  • Foster a performance mind-set to colleagues across the organization.
  • Oversee campaign effectiveness from local and regional campaigns.
  • Ensure learnings and insights are looped back to strategic marketing.

 

Your new department

IO FAST Content is an internal digital agency and the Digital Activation team is executing campaigns across paid and owned media. We oversee and enable activation of social media, search, programmatic, email and other digital channels and are providing strategic guidance to the company as a whole on the engagement on these platforms. You will report to the Director of Digital Media Activation and join a team of 5 people all based in Denmark and collaborate closely with our execution unit in Bangalore, India.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We’re looking for a new Performance Marketing Senior Manager who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or advanced analytics in connection to digital media.
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus but not required.
  • Strong expertise in marketing effectiveness, customer data analytics, segmentation models, data driven decision making and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders.
