If yes, this could be your opportunity to join our Commercial Affairs & Strategy team as our new Marketing Assistant in Copenhagen, Denmark Novo Nordisk.
Your new role
As Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, timely, and effective support to the Commercial Affairs & Strategy department. You will be the central coordination point across Brand Leads, Sales, Medical, Patient Activation, Media, and agency partners—helping the team deliver best-in-class promotional execution and customer communication.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide timely coordination and administrative support across the Commercial Affairs & Strategy team, including promotional material approvals, stock monitoring, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Act as PromoMats, Coupa, and webshop process expert, ensuring compliant uploads, contract workflows, ENLI submissions, and smooth invoice handling.
- Coordinate internal and external events, trainings, meetings, and department activities, managing all practical logistics and documentation.
- Drive and optimise booking letters and direct customer send-outs, collaborating with Brand Leads, Content Manager, agencies, and vendors, and tracking performance.
- Handle general administrative and ad hoc tasks, proactively improving workflows, supporting cross-functional projects, and providing backup to other coordinators.
Your new department
You will join Commercial Affairs & Strategy, a high-paced and collaborative team supporting the affiliate’s cardiometabolic and obesity portfolio. The team consists of Brand Leads, Patient Activation, Media, Studio, and Strategy colleagues, all working closely together to deliver impactful commercial execution.

Your skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
- A BSc/BA degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent English and Danish communication skills is a must
- Experience with MS Office; web applications are a plus.
- Service-minded, team-oriented, and proactive working style.
- Ability to work systematically, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.
As a person, you are structured, positive, curious, and collaborative. You enjoy supporting others, keep calm under pressure, and bring a “can do” mindset to your tasks.
