Your new role
In this position, you will be responsible for designing and defining implementable, end-to-end HCP journeys across our therapeutic areas and customers. You will work closely with marketing and medical teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable journeys, orchestrating channels and campaigns in collaboration with IO and regional teams.
You will act as a role model for customer centricity, ensuring that engagement strategies—whether face-to-face, hybrid, or fully digital—are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating medical and marketing priorities into actionable HCP journeys and blueprints for key markets
- Co-shaping the PST (Profiling, Segmentation & Targeting) framework and segmentation strategies to enable personalized engagement
- Influence the HCP channel roadmap for non-face-to-face interactions.
- Establishing measurable KPIs and a continuous learning loop across regions
- Collaborating with Regional Customer Engagement teams to drive organizational change and new ways of working.
Your new department
You will join the International Operations – Customer Engagement (IO-MM CE) team, the strategic function that supports Novo Nordisk’s global ambition to transform customer engagement. The team works across regions and therapeutic areas to drive innovation, customer excellence, and scalable solutions that put HCPs and patients at the centre of everything we do.
Your skills and qualifications
Our successful candidate has a university degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, or related fields, coupled with 10+ years of experience in customer engagement, with a strong track record in designing and implementing HCP journeys across local, regional, and international settings.
You bring:
- Proven experience in deploying cross-geography projects and disruptive innovation
- Deep understanding of field dynamics and HCP interactions, a previous local role is a must
- Passion for digital trends and customer-centric design
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to drive change, influence across levels, and foster a learning culture
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
