What is this about?
The Director of Staffs Data & Analytics will lead the strategic direction, development, and execu-tion of the company’s data-driven initiatives with a focus on finance, HR, procurement, legal, facil-ity management. This executive will be responsible for driving innovation in data management, analytics, and advanced technologies (e.g., AI/ML) to accelerate digitalization across finance, HR, procurement. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business domain teams to create actionable insights that enhance decision-making.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a data strategy aligned with finance, HR, procurement, legal, and facility management goals, ensuring seamless integration of data from various sources.
  • Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with global regulatory standards, such as FDA, EMA, and HIPAA.
  • Lead the development of advanced analytics platforms and AI-driven solutions to support financial forecasting, procurement savings, talent management, and other business pro-cesses.
  • Oversee scalable data architecture and technology platforms, ensuring interoperability and integration across ERP, HCM, LMS, ATS, and other systems.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to leverage data and analytics in improving opera-tional efficiency and decision-making.
  • Build and lead a diverse, high-performing team, fostering a data-driven culture and con-tinuous professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while managing risks related to data privacy, security, and ethical use.
  • Monitor and communicate the impact of data initiatives on business outcomes, opera-tional efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership roles, with at least 7 years in fi-nance or HR.
  • Proven track record of leveraging data and analytics to drive digitalization in finance, HR and / or procurement 
  • Deep expertise in ERP, HCM, LMS, ATS, procurement systems.
  • Experience managing large-scale data platforms, including cloud computing, data lakes, and advanced analytics technologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in life science
  • Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams
  • Experience with emerging technologies like AI, IoT, process mining
