Your new role
In this role, you will:
- Drive and manage strategic projects for the Senior Vice President (SVP) and the leadership team of the region, such as driving the regional strategy design
- Proactively prepare and coordinate decision materials, presentations, and analyses for meetings (internal and external) on behalf of the SVP and the Leadership Team (LT)
- Support the LT with project management, governance, decision making, and business transformation activities
- Ensure high-quality agendas and drive LT meetings to ensure alignment across the organization
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand processes, challenges, opportunities, and needs
Your new department
The Executive Office team is a small, dynamic, and highly ambitious group that serves as a “Swiss army knife” across the organisation to accelerate initiatives and drive strategic projects. The team is part of the Corporate Affairs function, working closely with complementary teams such as Communications and Insights & Analytics. Together, we create a collaborative and innovative atmosphere to deliver impactful results.

Your skills & qualifications
You are an ideal candidate if you can provide strategic guidance to senior leadership, objectively present all sides of complex issues, demonstrate ongoing innovation and improvement across organisational and cultural boundaries, work independently, and make informed decisions that anticipate organisational needs from conception through to execution.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration or a relevant field
- Have 7-8 years’ experience from consultancy/Executive Assistant or similar roles from strategic units
- Showcase excellent process and project management skills, including the ability to manage a significant volume of projects while exercising good triage and judgement skills;
- Have covered international assignments or experience, preferably from working within different levels of a global organization (global, regional, or affiliate offices)
- Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and is independent and an interconnector amongst functions
Having gained experience for the pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industry, will be considered as an advantage.
Additionally, you should be adept at expanding your internal network, acting as a catalyst for change, and effectively communicating organisational requirements.
As a person, you have a high level of integrity, are open-minded and curious, and a strong team player.
