Your new role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the planning, coordination, and execution of digital campaigns across multiple European markets.
In this role, you will:
•    Lead and orchestrate multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, SEO, web, in-fluencer marketing) to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent messaging across markets.
•    Support strategy for end to end campaigns spamming from digital to Out of Home and TV to deliver local results.
•    Collaborate with creative teams, affiliates, and subject matter experts to deliver unbranded, patient-focused campaigns that inform and inspire.
•    Localize and adapt global content for each market, securing MLR approval while maintaining authenticity and cultural relevance.
•    Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights to enhance engagement and impact.
•    Coordinate and align freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional partners, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and digital excellence across the region.


Additionally, you’ll operate with high independence, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and working closely with the Digital Media Hub, Digital Strategy team, and affiliate marketing partners.

You’ll join the Consumer/Patient Engagement department, a passionate regional team setting new digital marketing standards and shaping how Novo Nordisk connects with the world.

You’ll work alongside execution specialists, web and acquisition channel experts, and data & insights professionals, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Consumer/Patient En-gagement — in a team where innovation meets impact every day. 

 

Your skills and qualifications
We’re looking for a digitally fluent storyteller, someone with the curiosity to explore, the structure to deliver, and the drive to make an impact that matters.
If you thrive where creativity meets strategy and love turning ideas into measurable re-sults, this role is made for you.
To succeed in this position, you’ll bring:

•    A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    3 years of experience turning strategy into measurable results across multiple digi-tal channels. Hands-on experience in FMCG or e-commerce will give you an extra edge: it’s where speed, creativity, and precision truly meet. 
•    Hands-on expertise across key digital platforms: from Meta and Google Analytics to Adobe Creative Suite.
•    A talent for managing agencies, timelines, and stakeholders, keeping projects sharp, on brand, and on time.
•    Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and fluency in English.

Experience managing external creative partners will be considered a great plus, as will familiarity with Agile methodologies and project facilitation (Scrum Master experience is a plus).
