Your new role

As a Digital Education Manager, you will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end project management of digital education activities, including webinars and virtual programs, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track customer engagement and educational outcomes, conduct evaluations, and present actionable insights to customer‑facing teams.
  • Lead content creation for on‑demand platforms and social media channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and affiliate strategies.
  • Manage speaker engagement, including contracts, vendor coordination, and related administrative processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Develop and execute integrated educational marketing and promotion plans for physical and digital education offerings, including marketing mix selection to maximize reach and uptake.
  • Create and manage educational assets for online and offline use, including digital content and social media plans, while monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and archiving in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

 

Your new department
The Education Team designs and delivers customer education events, including face-to-face sessions, webinars, congresses, conferences, and on-demand digital education offerings. Located in Ørestad, Copenhagen, the team operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment, aligning with overall business objectives and strategy. The atmosphere is fast-paced, innovative, and driven by a shared commitment to delivering impactful education solutions.

 

Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent; other educational backgrounds are accepted if compensated by relevant professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in end‑to‑end digital education management (especially webinars), with strong project management, hands‑on digital marketing and content development skills, including social media and asset creation.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing and promotional activities with strong attention to quality, detail, and compliance within a tightly regulated environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, an innovative mindset.
  • Full fluency in written and spoken Danish with proficiency in English.

Salary:  For this role, the AnnualBase Salary ranges from 570,180.00 to 838,130.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.Theplacement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
