Your new role

You’ll be the driving force behind Novo Nordisk’s consumer engagement strategies, crafting campaigns that are as innovative as they are impactful. From personalized platforms to cutting-edge omnichannel strategies, your work will directly empower patients on their journey to better health.

 

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead unordinary consumer engagement, where every interaction delivers purpose and creates trust.
  • Bring together insights, storytelling, and advanced platforms to design campaigns that meet patients where they are.
  • Collaborate with talented teams across Novo Nordisk to make our mission of empowerment and innovation a reality.

 

Your new department

IO Fast Content mission is to deliver an agile, scalable, end-to-end content supply chain that accelerates time to market and aligns with Novo Nordisk’s strategic priorities. Through innovation, efficiency, and data-driven insights, we enable regions and countries to create, execute, and measure impactful content that drives better health outcomes and strengthens Novo Nordisk’s competitive edge.

 

Your skills & qualifications

With a sharp understanding of consumer behavior and a creative mindset, you know how to craft engagement strategies that resonate deeply with patients and stay aligned with healthcare compliance. You know what it means to stand out, and you’re driven by a mission to inspire action and make real-world change.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer engagement or related fields you understand what it takes to build relationships and tell stories that matter.
  • A deep understanding of compliance in healthcare and a drive to innovate within those boundaries, without compromising impact.
  • Exceptional skill in campaign creation, channel optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute strategies with precision.
  • An ability to inspire, innovate, and take bold ideas to the next level.
