Are you able to see the story behind the numbers? Can you connect financial results to the underlying business drivers and strategy? Can you translate complex information into clear insights for senior stakeholders? If so, you might be our new (Senior) Business Finance Manager.
Your new role
The position is based out of our Centre of Excellence in Copenhagen and reports to the Head of Business Finance, BA West.
The role sits within Business Area West (BA West), covering nine affiliates across 11 countries: Denmark & Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg, Finland, Ireland and Portugal.
As (Senior) Business Finance Manager, you will hold the consolidated financial view across BA West, bringing together performance across all nine affiliates and translating the combined picture into insights for Business Area leadership.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Own and communicate the consolidated financial picture of BA West, connecting performance with underlying business drivers and strategic priorities.
- Drive consolidated forecasting, reporting and performance tracking across the Business Area, highlighting key opportunities, risks and trends.
- Translate complex financial and business information into clear, decision-relevant insights for Business Area leadership.
- Partner across affiliates and BA West to challenge assumptions, connect perspectives and strengthen transparency across markets.
- Lead cross-affiliate projects and process improvements, driving alignment, simplification and best-practice sharing.
Your new Department
Business Finance acts as the Centre of Excellence for BA West. The team consists of six Business Finance Managers: four work as dedicated finance partners to individual affiliates, while two - including this position - focus on the Business Area as a whole.
In this role, you will help maintain the cross-affiliate and consolidated perspective across BA West, partnering closely with affiliate finance teams and Business Area leadership.
Your skills and qualifications
- You hold a master’s degree in business, finance, economics or a similar field and have relevant experience from finance, consulting or a related environment.

- You can turn complexity into a clear story and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
- You are proactive, comfortable taking ownership, and able to drive projects and processes across teams and markets.
- You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- An interest in emerging technologies - including how AI and automation can improve finance processes, decision support and ways of working - would be an advantage.
