BA West Sr Market Access Manager

Position Summary

As BA West Sr. Market Access Manager, you will shape market access strategy and launch readiness Business Area West. You will turn reimbursement, HTA and policy insights into clear plans that help affiliates secure access, so more people living with serious chronic diseases can benefit from our treatments sooner. Your work will connect regional strategy with local execution and keep launches moving.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Help us assess your fit quickly. We're looking for:

•  A degree in economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy, business or a related field.

•  At least 4 years of pharma market access experience from an affiliate, regional, headquarter or consultancy setting.

•  A track record in market access strategy development, launch sequence planning and reimbursement submissions to payers and HTA bodies.

•  Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and maintain momentum across many partners.

•  Business acumen that connects market access work to patient access and business goals.

•  The ability to interpret clinical data and target product profiles and turn them into practical access strategies.

•  Fluent written and spoken English.

Useful, but not essential:

•  Knowledge of reimbursement systems and international reference pricing.

What you'll do

You will lead access strategy and launch readiness mainly for the cardiometabolic portfolio across BA West, and act as the main point of contact for reimbursement and access specialists in the affiliates. You will:

•  Develop market access strategies and tactical plans, and contribute to cross-functional portfolio and asset strategy so patient access and business objectives stay connected.

•  Lead BA West launch sequence planning, mapping access milestones, evidence needs, submissions, negotiations and cross-functional dependencies.

•  Support affiliates with local reimbursement, HTA and payer engagement plans, and help deliver formal HTA interactions and submissions.

•  Monitor the market access, public affairs, HTA and policy landscape, and translate what you see into clear positions and actions for affiliates.

•  Apply reimbursement system knowledge and international reference pricing expertise to assess cross-market price risks and shape launch recommendations.

•  Build capability plans for new launches, share best practices, and manage vendors and budget for your assigned work.

Who you'll work with

You will join the Market Access & Pricing team in Business Area West, which covers 11 European countries and 9 affiliates.  and report to the Associate Director, Market Access & Pricing, BA West. 

Your closest partners will be BA West affiliates and EUCAN market access teams, alongside colleagues in Market Access & Pricing at global, regional and local level, Commercial & Partnerships, and Finance. You will also represent Novo Nordisk with payers, authorities, industry associations and vendors where relevant. Working across markets and functions, you will seek clarity when things stall, align decisions at pace and keep access plans moving.

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 816,820.00 to 1,200,740.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
