The role will report to the SEEMEA Digital Services and Solutions Director, part of the Regional Digital, Data and Technology team and will work closely in collaboration across regional and global teams. The Position

Your main responsibilities will be: continuously Assess and Evaluate HCP Ecosystem: evaluating the current HCP Ecosystem in SEEMEA, identifying potential moves towards an enterprise model; defining an Ecosystem T-Shirt model, catering to markets with varying levels of digital readiness; sharing best practices to enhance the overall value of the ecosystem. Moreover, you will:

  • Define Ecosystem Roadmap and Ways of Working; review and improve the use of the ecosystem continually; establish workflows and standards for data entry; maintain a reference group for feedback and opportunities for improvement; create and track tasks and schedules, ensuring seamless implementation and communication.

  • Maximize Ecosystem Potential Usage; own ecosystem level KPIs aligned with CE business owners and DDIT product owners; monitor and report progress, regularly communicating the ecosystem roadmap status; propose and implement workflows to maximize the impact of the HCP ecosystem.

  • Lead Dynamic Target and Segmentation Digital Roadmap: lead DDIT part of the project in collaboration with SEEMEA CE; align on markets, prioritize needs, and define KPIs; design and implement the digital roadmap, assessing vendors and ensuring data integrity across the ecosystem. Be the Point of Contact for HCP Ecosystem: establish yourself as a trusted partner in SEEMEA, Bas/Affiliates for ecosystem design and evaluation; share and collect best practices and lessons learned from/to other regions; act as an active member of the IO Ecosystem partners' community, providing tangible value for the business.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has the ability to communicate with impact, and lead without authority. Has a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably with coursework in marketing, project management, information technology, software engineering, and/or data engineering. In addition, you:

  • Are fluent in oral and written English; fluency in another SEEMEA language preferred. · Have minimum 7-10 years of work experience, focusing on Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical Marketing, IT System Management, and/or IT Project Management.

  • Have at least 2 years of experience working closely with CRM; at least 2 years of experience managing system integrations as well as at least 2 years of experience in HCP digital engagement activities.
