Key job tasks

  • Provide high-level support to General Manager including but not limited to managing and prioritizing all inward and outward correspondence, coordinating GM’s schedule, receiving and screening calls and visitors, coordinating and taking minutes and actions from internal and external meetings, claiming expenses, and arranging travels
  • Manage Taiwan operational issues meetings/ monthly business reviews/ GM performance boards with follow-up
  • Manage regional meetings with RC/IO: Business Review Meetings/ Business deep-dive/ Offsite Meetings
  • Act as the point of contact between GM and internal departments/ external contacts/ RC & HQ offices
  • Handle highly confidential issues/ documents
  • Prepare meeting slides and statistical report for GM
  • Manage/maintain relationship with external chambers with company memberships
  • Perform other tasks assigned by GM (10%)

Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree, in healthcare related field would be a plus
  • Excellent English proficiency in written & spoken
  • 6+ years of administrative/secretarial experience to support C+ level executive
  • Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skill
  • Flexible in fast-pace, matrix environnement
  • Project management
  • Vendor management
  • Presentation skill (both English/Chinese)
  • Excellence communicator
  • Highly flexible & fast adaptor
  • Able to work independently & seek for resources with minor supervision
  • Understand NN business ethics & culture
