The Position

As a Feasibility Manager you will lead the feasibility process in CDC Bulgaria. You will provide input to relevant stakeholders at different levels in close cooperation with Head Clinical Operations Excellence & Study Start-up, TA Heads, CDC Director, CMR Director, CMM Lead and CMMs. You will build and maintain knowledge of local patient treatment journeys, competitor trials and the clinical research environment. You will lead site identification process. You will be responsible for early identification for potential risks and opportunities within the CDC. You will be executing company’s marketing and medical strategy within the assigned area.

Other main responsibilities will be:

  • Perform F2F and remote site feasibility visits.
  • Closely collaborates with the Study & Site Operations to ensure fast clinical trial start up, recruitment according to planned timelines, early identification of potential delays and robust recruitment mitigation plan.
  • Develop new sites, including required KOL involvement in cooperation with CMMs.
  • Lead cross-functional review and input on trial portfolio updates in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on trial feasibility strategic discussions in CDC.

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in life/natural science or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operational aspects of conducting clinical trials.
  • Previous experience in feasibility process will be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian – oral and written.
  • Understanding of clinical trial regulations in Bulgaria, excellent knowledge of clinical trial methodology. Therapeutic knowledge.
  • Up to date knowledge of the clinical trials environment - ICH GCP, regulatory issues, SOPs
  • Valid driving license B
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, collaboration, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Innovative mindset.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
