Role description

In your role as UX Designer, you will be supporting the digital product journey in Novo Nordisk. You will take part in driving and facilitating the development of user centric products, ensuring coherent experience and solutions across our value stream. You will join the area Digital, Data & IT where we are supporting Novo Nordisk Development with IT development and operation of digital solutions and products.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams across IT and Business to connect strategic objectives with user insights to design impactful digital products
  • Defining cohesive user experience across our Drug Development Value Stream thereby developing innovative and best-in-class solutions as enablement of the digital transformation in Development
  • Gather and evaluate user needs and business requirements
  • Explore hypotheses, ideas, concepts, and features through user research, competitor analysis, and user testing
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations effectively through compelling presentations, reports, and other media to influence decision-making

Do you have what it takes?

  • A MSc degree or equivalent in e.g., Digital Design, Design and Innovation or Computer Science
  • 1-3 years of experience within digital development/transformation from related industries or digital agency
  • Fluency with design tools, most notably Figma and Miro. Optional and appreciated: Maze, Dovetail and/or other design, prototype, and research tools
  • A good understanding of UX's role in application development, adept at applying the Double Diamond approach effectively within this context, and skilled in planning and running design methods, gathering insights within an agile working framework
  • Proficient in thoughtfully utilizing research data and insights to guide decisions, with excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English
