The Position
As a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and drive strategic and operational projects and processes in collaboration with cross-functional project teams.
  • Provide executive support to GTP Leadership Team by preparing presentations and materials for senior management.
  • Act as the GTP representative in relevant cross-functional fora and working groups.
  • Work closely with the finance function to develop budgets and drive transparency of resource utilization.
  • Represent GTP in relevant OHS fora and ensure action plans and follow-up on OHS activities.

 

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:

  • A master’s degree in life science, business or any other relevant field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medtech sectors, preferably within strategic planning departments of large companies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in project management, including a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects. Proficiency in strategic analysis and the ability to drive projects forward effectively.
  • Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate efficiently within cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills enabling effective engagement with senior stakeholders. Show resilience in executing complex project tasks through others, even under tight deadlines and amidst multiple stakeholders.
  • Possess an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its R&D value chain, demonstrating comprehension of business dynamics.

 

As a person, you can manage through change and uncertainty, have strong organizational savvy combined with a high level of social intelligence. The ability to listen, collaborate and communicate effectively are important skills.

 

About the department
You will be joining our GTP Executive Office team, which is responsible for the execution of the GTP Strategic Priorities in collaboration with our stakeholders. Our team works collaboratively across our different capabilities with other teams to drive strategy execution and support the Head of GTP. We handle projects and operational tasks which have a direct influence on the frame, capacity, and scaling of GTP.
