The Position

As a Manager in Aseptic Process Support, Site Support & Improvements, you will lead one of two newly formed teams of highly skilled specialists and professionals within the areas of HVAC and Environmental Monitoring or Clean Utilities and Wash & Sterilisation, all supporting the global network of aseptic productions. In this position, you will establish the team's direction, with a focus on employee development and ensuring the execution of area prioritizations and strategies. It is your responsibility to ensure that both IFP (Injectable Finished Products) sites, projects, and contract manufacturers receive the necessary support and solutions, both short-term to aid production and long-term by prioritizing improvements, optimizations, new facilities, and new technology. You excel in an environment where your decisions have a global impact across different sites and enjoy stakeholder management on a global scale.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have:

• A solid leadership background, within innovation, production, or production support.

• Built your leadership skills and toolbox on top of an academic background within Natural Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, or similar.

• Experience within pharma, other regulated industries/GMP

• Great communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• A firm interest in getting to know the areas that your employees work with.

About the Department

The IFP, Site Support and Improvements area is a dynamic growing area that provides site support and improvement projects of diverse complexity across our production sites globally. We produce our many high-quality products fighting diabetes and obesity worldwide. Aseptic Process Support, Site Support & Improvements is a dynamic department, supporting our global IFP aseptic production sites and setting the direction for improvements, optimizations, new facilities, and new technology globally. We have a strong focus on making a difference in close collaboration with our stakeholders by

implementing novel solutions based on data-driven decisions and in accordance with GMP regulations.
