The position
In this role, as a Senior Project Manager for Robotics and Automation, your main task will be to ensure successful implementation, prioritisation, and execution of projects which supports our maximize capacity strategy. It is expected that you, together with your colleagues, will drive and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement innovative solutions.

•    Define project scope, goals, deliverables, stakeholder mapping, user-needs, cost and timeline for high complexity automation and robotics projects.

•    Clarify and coordinate dependencies with other projects, management, stakeholders, and externals, and collaborate with these to prioritize.

•    Develop detailed project plans incl. project metrics, communication plan and overall execution in line with given strategy.
•    Engage with vendors, challenges the content and proposed costs, and secure involvement of corporate sourcing.
•    Proactively identify and evaluate the variety of needs coming from many directions. Prioritize work to meet the stakeholder’s requirements.

 

Qualifications
We are looking for someone that has experience with Project Management in regulated environments (GMP regulated), that allow you to manage and drive several projects at the same time and focus on the impact and value for the business.

•    Minimum 5 years of work experience with proven track record of developing successful solutions from idea to execution within Project Management 
•    University Degree within STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology and Mathematics) or business - preferably MSc. level
•    Experience working within technology/ innovation.
•    Strong soft-skill tool stack (communication, empathy, stakeholder management)
•    Work experience in pharma/ biotech or highly regulated industry/ production/ manufacturing.
•    Fluent in English, both written and verbal and able to tailor communication to different organisational levels.
 
Bonus point
•    Experience with Design Thinking methods.
