The Position

As a Cleanroom Professional, you will play a key role in developing and implementing cleanrooms and modern production rooms that ensure our facilities run at peak performance. You will play an important role in ensuring that the cleanroom solution is state of the art when brought into production, and compliant with regulatory requirements now and in the future. You are responsible for designing the facility surrounding the aseptic filling process, including cleanroom interior solutions for Class C and CNC areas. Moreover, you are responsible for managing the design phase and ensuring state-of-the-art solutions that will impress visitors for years to come.

 

Your main responsibilities can be summarised as follows:

•    Design of cleanroom solutions in Novo Nordisk’s future AP facilities.
•    Work with the technical tracks to ensure key functionalities and design principles are highlighted and documented.
•    Involvement in vendor oversight during the design, build and test phases.
•    Setting the direction to ensure a risk-based approach to validation and maintaining the validated state, including the maintenance strategy approach.

 

As a Cleanroom Professional in Fill & Finish Expansions, Tech & Innovation, you'll be a part of our Facility, Maintenance, and Technical Support team, working closely with our global sites. This collaborative role would require occasional travel, estimated at around 5-7 trips per year. Our team consists of 11 colleagues with diverse professional and personal backgrounds, and we're always growing. We value unique perspectives and experiences and believe that they enrich our team.
 
Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we imagine you to have:

•    An academical degree within Engineering, Life Science, or similar education.
•    3+ years of work experience from clean room processes with involvement in projects.
•    Knowledge of how to operate within an environment based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
•    An excellent command of verbal and written English.
•    It is advantageous if you have experience with the qualification and commissioning of GMP facilities.

You thrive in a changing and dynamic environment and able to demonstrate attention to detail and are structured when it comes to problem-solving. Furthermore, you have good stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relations on a global scale and embrace professional and personal diversity.
 
About the Department

Our department, Technology Standards, is situated in the newly created SVP area of Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 25.000 of Novo Nordisk’s more than 60.000 employees.
 
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a clear global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
