QC Project Manager to support the 'Laboratories of the future'

The position

You will have the opportunity to join a team on a journey of establishing ourselves and with great potential to make a difference in the laboratories. As a QC Project Manager, you will support scope identify elimination potentials and facilitate local clean-up strategies. The next step would be supporting projects and building our standardized fundament.

 

Your responsibilities include: 
•    Defining scope for our future QC
•    Support process owners and facilitate local clean up strategy
•    Support standardization and digital fundament
•    Driving project execution of either automation or digital project
•    Implementation in the global network of scalable projects that have shown value for the business. 

 

Qualifications

•    M.Sc. within Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or similar and experience with Project Management on a large scale
•    Experience within the pharmaceutical/GMP environment or another highly regulated environment
•    cLEAN competencies 
•    It is an advantage if you have laboratory experience and an understanding of QC processes.
•    Fluent in English – written and verbal and understanding of Danish is an advantage
•    Knowledge of Robot technology
•    Experience in Change management

About the department 

In PS API laboratories we are 340 colleagues, allocated in four different departments, responsible for performing all QC analysis across API DK as well as supporting manufacturing development. Our mission is to reduce manual work increase the stability and efficiency of the laboratory processes and in long-term basis transform our laboratories into a more automated and connected laboratory. 

 

You will be a part of a newly established team. The team will be responsible for setting the direction and executing the digitalisation and automation strategy in PS API laboratories as well as supporting our labs towards industry 4.0 technology and standards. The team consist of project managers and specialists within “GlobalLIMS” and “Data”. Aside from the team, you will work closely together with colleagues across the four laboratory departments, local API project coordinators and colleagues driving various innovation projects across Novo Nordisk.
