The position
The ideal candidate already possesses validation skills and is dedicated ensuring the quality of our projects. At M1 Kalundborg, we produce APIs for Novo Nordisk's flagship products, leading to numerous large-scale optimization and capacity projects.
You will primarily be working on projects or Change Request and will have close collaboration with your production colleagues and lead QA. Occasional tasks outside regular working hours may be required.

 

Qualifications
We are seeking dedicated colleague with strong collaborations skills capable of working both independently and within teams.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have:
•    Relevant experience from projects, quality, or production in a pharmaceutical setting,
•    Good communication skills, 
•    Fluency in English – both oral and written.

As a person you are flexible, collaborative, and committed, with a good understanding of production, equipment, and/or validation. You maintain clarity and composure, even in a dynamic environment where priorities can rapidly change. Embracing change, you are willing to challenge and improve our work processes to drive continuous improvement. You take responsibility and can set direction to ensure our license to operate and patient safety. Your positive attitude and sense of humour contribute to fostering a productive and positive work environment.
 

About the department
Our department consists of a staff team as well as three QA teams. We support M1, still the largest API factory in Denmark. There are more than 600 employees here and we are responsible for producing several of Novo Nordisk's newest and most coveted active substances. Our ambition is to be a competent, solution-oriented, and experienced sparring partner for our stakeholders in production, so that our common goal of ensuring the quality of our patients is met.
