The Position
As our new Procurement Project Controller, you will be working closely with various departments and report to our partners in Novo Nordisk HQ. Your key role will be to support the Procurement Leads and Project Management on all matters of project controlling and reporting. 
 
You can also look forward to:
•    Developing and implementing standardised procurement control and reporting routines at contract, category, supplier, and project levels.
•    Maintaining a comprehensive spend development overview and providing regular forecasts.
•    Designing and operating dashboards for procurement and contract management reporting.
•    Enjoying a significant level of autonomy to optimise and implement valuable procurement reporting and analysis ideas.
•    Managing emergent supplier-related issues on an ad-hoc basis, preparing comprehensive presentations for Procurement Leads, and supporting compliance-related monitoring and audits.
 
You will work from both our location in Virum just 10 km north of Copenhagen (3-4 times a week) and from our main location in Kalundborg 1-2 times a week.
 
You will also take part in the ongoing process optimisation, which includes identifying optimisation initiatives within your area of responsibility.
 
Qualifications
We imagine that a successful candidate has the following qualifications:
 
•    An academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar
•    0-2 years of relevant theoretical and/or practical experience within procurement or supply chain management
•    Great attention to detail and ability to analyse and present massive amounts of data from various sources
•    A proven track record of managing several tasks simultaneously in an efficient and structured manner
•    Proficiency in both written and spoken English
 
As an individual, you embody reliability, loyalty, and a service-oriented mindset. You express a keen interest in broadening your understanding of procurement processes. You are a dedicated team player with the ability and wish to take on responsibilities in support of your colleagues.
 
About the department
The Advanced Expediting Department is a proactive solution to mitigate key risks associated with contractors and suppliers in multi-billion CAPEX projects. The primary objective of the Expediting Department is to effectively mitigate risks related to the delivery of bulk materials, components, and instruments by implementing proactive measures and setting a clear direction for the organisation. The department work in close collaboration with our engineering partner, who will continue to handle daily operations.
