The position
The primary focus of the role is project management (80%) with a secondary function as a Data & Analytics Partner within our business area (20%). As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Leading cross-functional project teams to enhance production processes and collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables. This involves facilitating agile ceremonies, as well as providing coaching and mentoring.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables, with a focus on Continuous Improvement, Execution Optimization, and Servant Leadership.
  • Communicating project status and results to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

 

As the Data & Analytics Partner you will be our local anchor point, you will bridge data-focused communities and the organization, fostering collaboration for data-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating potential data-driven solutions, leading community development, and organizing educational events to promote data literacy. Additionally, you'll participate in a forum with peer Partners from other business areas in Novo Nordisk to represent data-oriented interests and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

 

  • Some years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a data-driven environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with historian systems and the ability to convert historical production data to valuable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
