The position

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Product Supply, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) Expansions management team, with a range of responsibilities, including: 

 

  • Involvement in coordinating agendas for PS API Expansions Management meetings, ensuring prioritization of leadership, strategic, and transformation topics, while also facilitating relevant discussions and developing decision materials. 
  • Acting as a sparring partner on other business processes and projects.
  • Drive capex strategic  initiatives across the portfolio 
  • Driving continuous improvement in API Expansions processes. 

 

Your role will also involve driving and delivering on prioritized tasks and actions, as well as leading key strategy processes within the SVP area, facilitating decision-making and stakeholder input.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

 

  • Several years of professional experience from a broad range of positions within business management, change management, and project management. 
  • Academic background in finance, business, or engineering
  • Proven track record of change management and relation-building with senior stakeholders. 
  • Experience in driving strategic aspirations and ensuring effective strategy deployment
  • Proven ability to manage relations and communicate effectively across the organization, coupled with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Your adeptness at building and maintaining relationships across organizational levels demonstrates a strong representative capacity. Embracing an innovative mindset, you integrate existing processes with openness to new ideas and technologies. Your ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and your excellent organizational and time management skills further underscore your commitment to success.
