As an Associate Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team of approximately 12 skilled employees, all dedicated to delivering top-tier facilities to our production. Your role is to lead the team to oversee a complete set of facilities including HVAC systems, temperature monitoring & control, purified water, building maintenance, security, cleaning, pest control, gowning, as well as compliance and quality-related tasks and various ad-hoc responsibilities - within the highly regulated GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) production environment. Together with your team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our facilities while spearheading upgrades for future production needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a highly skilled Facility Management team of approximately 12 skilled employees, ensuring facilities for smooth daily operations while setting and executing long-term objectives.

• Providing ongoing production support to internal and external stakeholders.

• Enhancing team performance and fostering individual development of your team members.

• Utilizing your expertise across various platforms and collaborating with our global production sites.

You'll report to the Senior Director, IFP KA Production Support, and become an integral part of our inclusive leadership team.

 

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you possess:

• An established and successful history of managing teams or departments.

• A profound passion and comprehension of facility management, coupled with hands-on involvement in mid to large-sized facilities, preferably within a regulated industry.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, including a track record of simplifying complex data and effectively presenting to top management.

• Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Danish.

As a leader, you exhibit empathy and compassion, drawing from your experience and inquisitive nature to skillfully set direction. You also bring a sense of humor, calmness and positive energy to the day to day collaboration in the team and across departments.

 

About the department

You will be a part of the global IFP organization that spans across 7 production sites in 5 countries. We are the ultimate phase in the supply chain, where we assemble and pack our products before they are being shipped to patients worldwide. In IFP Kalundborg, we are approximately 500 employees.
