The position

As SAP Supporter, your role involves providing technical assistance and expertise in SAP systems related to spare parts inventory management and maintenance processes. Additionally, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations of SAP modules and contribute to the optimization of spare parts and maintenance workflows.

Your main tasks encompass:

  • Providing operational support to business users utilizing spare parts inventory in SAP systems
  • Participating in the design, development, and installation phases of system enhancements and upgrades
  • Identifying, resolving, and implementing improvements for issues within both spare parts and maintenance management in SAP systems
  • Offering training and ongoing assistance to users regarding business processes
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal functionality organization-wide

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we imagine you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with practical experience in a comparable role with a focus on spare parts and maintenance
  • Showcase proficiency in SAP systems and implementations, particularly in warehouse operations, along with a good understanding of SAP architecture and infrastructure
  • Demonstrate familiarity with IT tools (such as Alteryx, Tableau, SAP, MS Package), IT security, and data protection
  • Display proficiency in both spoken and written English and Danish

It would be considered as a strong advantage if you have experience within a GMP environment or knowledge of manufacturing processes, maintenance schedules, stock-levels and management, and plastic injection molding and tooling.

As a person, you possess a keen attitude for rapid learning and a curiosity that drives you to explore and implement new approaches to enhance existing processes. You exhibit proactive enthusiasm in providing assistance to colleagues when needed. Your systematic approach to work, coupled with your technical proficiency and quality-oriented mindset, enables you to tackle challenges independently as well as through cooperation across the business.

 

About the department

DMS manages the global supply chain of high-quality components and preassembled parts for our internal customers within prefilled and durable devices. You will join DMS Moulding Production, which is responsible for ensuring high quality and effective manufacturing of moulded plastic components for prefilled pen systems in our internal production facility.
